Russell attended the Milligan College where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in 1987. He became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in December of 1999. In 2018, Russell became an Investment Advisors Representative to better assist his clientele, and joined former broker dealer LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker/dealer*. In his free time, Russell enjoys golfing, tennis, and spending time with his family.
